Don't have time to plan for the holidays?

Life in Doha is a bit of a routine, expats and locals alike are looking forward for the holidays to stretch up some bones or to just have a quick escape from the busy world.

A month before Eid Al Adha, I booked a trip to Sri Lanka at Qatar Airways Holidays, not only that it saves you from trouble of looking for hotels and transfers, and planning itinerary, it also saves you money. It is the cheapest package tour they have at that time. And applying for visa is easy, they have online visa application that will cost you only $35. Wanting to shake-off stress without breaking the bank, I grabbed the offer.

The amount spent on the tour package is only equivalent to the airfare if booked separately, you will save the costs for hotels and transfers. This four-night package can be availed if you will book a minimum of two persons. So all you need is a few clicks, enough budget and a person to be with.

But do not overlook the package as this does not include all entrance fees. And some attractions have higher price for tourist than locals so better check  the fees before going. Yes, you'll save time by taking advantage of these kinds of promos but it is better if you'll also do some research on the places you want to go to.
